Refund and Return policies
Swissglasses has no Refund Policy on Eyewears but we give an exception Offers of 7 days EXCHANGE POLICY if there is any inconvenience with the Eyewear.
1. Time Frame for Returns:
Swissglasses allow returns within 7 days from the purchase date.
2. Receipt Requirement
A valid receipt is usually required as an evidence of payment for return.
3. Item Condition:
Items must generally be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.
4. Exclusions:
Clearance sale are not eligible for returns.
